Mexican Street Corn Beer Bread Mix


Zesty twist on traditional cornbread. Crafted with a robust blend of chiles and cheeses. Sweet meets a hint of heat.



1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Pour mix into a large bowl and add 12oz. of beer or any carbonated beverage. Mix (do not over mix) and pour into a greased loaf pan.

3. Bake for 55-60 minutes.

4. Remove from pan and brush whole loaf with 2 tablespoons real butter, melted.

5. Cool before cutting.
